Lone Star author Steve Davis presents ‘The first 470 years’ of Texas literature in free lecture
Steve Davis, author of “Dallas 1963,” “J. Frank Dobie: A Liberated Mind,” “Texas Literary Outlaws,” will give a presentation at 6:30 p.m. in the Reaud Executive Suite, first floor, Reaud Administration Building on the corner of Jim Gilligan Way and Rolfe Christopher Drive, April 19.
Davis’ lecture on “Texas Literature: The first 470 years (give or take a few days)” is sponsored by the Department of English and Modern Languages and will follow inductions for Pi Delta Phi (French Honor Society), Sigma Delta Phi (Spanish Honor Society), and Sigma Tau Delta (English Honor Society).
